Luis Trejo
Luis has a degree in Computer Science from the UNITEC Mexico, besides a graduate of gastronomy Culinary Institute here in Aguascalientes Hotel Medrano.
Specialist in cooking different types of food from all around the world, including traditional Mexican food for more than 15 years now, he was deeply involved in Mediterranean food and paleo diets since he noticed a huge improvement in his kid´s behave and performance at schools and home, achieving what only few kids and do.
Consulting Cheff for dozens of restaurants in U.S. and Asia, he also opened a restaurant in Mexico City called Tlacuani, creating the concept, menu, training the staff, making food costing, portion samples, etc. all from scratch.

Adrian Miranda
Adrian is an MBA executive with more than 22 years of experience in Sales, Marketing and Channels, passionate about helping people and organizations to realize their full potential. He has collaborated with international companies such as Microsoft, IBM, HP, Lenovo, and Ingram, that has allowed him to acquire a very broad experience in Sales, Channels and Marketing.
Managing his own company, accountable for sales quota achievement, marketing and sales business consulting, he has a broad experience in cloud services, managing business-partners’ portfolio, developing channels and channel programs, marketing campaigns and promotions, negotiations, strategic planning, among others.
