We have already talked on several occasions about how important it is to give children quality food, variety and in sufficient quantities at the time they are in school, just at lunch time, but what we should provide to them?
If children receive foods full of saturated fats, simple carbohydrates and sugars, they will probably not have the best results. What if we give them cucumbers with lemon, jams and carrots? Well, although it is not bad, neither will be provided a complete structure. A nutritious, sufficient and varied menu should include protein, fiber, vitamins and minerals, and of course some fat (not all fat is bad knowing how to select and use it). That's why at Club Omega Tree we have created a series of menus so that children can receive all the best in their food during school hours, in the right portions, and in amounts calculated to have the best use in the whole physical, mental and emotional way, and with the ease of not having to think about the preparation, the variety, and even the cleaning of the containers.
