The Tour de France is one of the most demanding cycling events in the world, and among competitors Chris Froome, now considered the best cyclist in the world.

Of course behind Chris Froome there is a whole team, the best providers of devices and bikes, training for hours, and many other elements that help this athlete to reach the best places and times, and within it is their food.

Chris Froome shared a photo of what he had for breakfast, which shows the type of food that a very high performance person consumes during competitions, with a low sugar menu but high in protein and healthy fats like avocado that provides Carbohydrates as an immediate energy source, eggs from which you will get both protein and fat, and of course salmon that will give that fuel to the cells of your muscles by the amount of high quality protein as well as the fatty acids it contains.
